Where
We meet at Camrose Community Centre, SA62 6AA. 7:30pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Except for August when there is no meeting. Please contact the Clerk for the meeting access information.
Public Participation
Members of the public are invited to attend the meetings as observers. While participation in discussions is not permitted during the meeting, there is a designated public time agenda item in every regular meeting. This allows community members to voice their concerns or comment on any agenda items under discussion.
Publication of Agendas and Minutes
Meeting agendas will be published at least three clear days before the meeting date. The minutes of each meeting will be published after they have been formally ratified and approved at the subsequent monthly council meeting.
